Of course, you can download the pre-load via Steam. There won’t be any name reservations at this time either as that requires completing character customization. You're still going to have to spend your time tomorrow (or on the 11th, depending on if you put money down for the packs or not) getting that done. That doesn't mean anyone will be able to create characters today. The good news is that it's available to everyone, Founder's Pack purchase or not. If you'd rather not have any of your opening day in-game taken up by the obligatory download time, then you'll want to pay attention to this next part, because pre-download is available now. That means you'll be logging in tomorrow. Of course, for those of you with Founder's Packs, you'll be able to jump in sooner than that with the 3-day Head Start. Lost Ark will officially launch in just a few days on February 11.
